Your event date and time are officially secured once the required deposit has been paid and your booking has been confirmed by Foam Blast. An inquiry, quote, or conversation about a date does not guarantee availability until the deposit is received.

Yes. A non-refundable deposit is required to secure your event date and time. The deposit goes toward your total booking price. Your remaining balance must be paid according to the payment terms provided with your booking.

Why is the deposit non-refundable?

Your deposit reserves a specific date and time exclusively for your event. Once booked, Foam Blast may turn away other customers for that time and begin planning and preparing for your event. For this reason, deposits are non-refundable.

When is my remaining balance due?

Accepted Answer

Your remaining balance must be paid in full by the due date listed on your invoice or booking confirmation and before Foam Blast provides any services. Your 35% deposit is applied toward the total cost of your event. Foam Blast will not begin service until the remaining balance has been paid in full. At Foam Blast’s discretion, schools, cities, universities, and other organizations with established purchasing procedures may be approved for alternative payment terms in writing.
